    Our stories and work make a difference to people and society. Our profit is reinvested in our many businesses within TV, film, games, books, magazines and more, or used to support children and youth at risk. That is why when you work at Egmont, you help make an impact on the world around us.

    Taking responsibility and contributing to society is part of Egmont's DNA. We are working to reduce our CO2 emissions and empower our employees with technology and sustainability skills. In 2023, we invested in solar parks in both Denmark and Sweden, which help cover a large part of our businesses' electricity consumption.

    We are ambitious, both from a business perspective and for each other, which is why we focus on learning and development. We are committed to ensuring clear expectations and opportunities to acquire hands-on learning alongside a range of training programmes. Some are available to all employees to meet universal requirements, while others will be specific to the individual workplace. We also have our own Egmont-wide, cross-functional leadership programme Committed to lead.

Making a difference


When you work at Egmont, you contribute to making a difference for children and young people at risk, as approximately DKK 100 million of the surplus from Egmont's media business is allocated to foundation support each year. This corresponds to about DKK 16,600 per Egmont employee. Our foundation support is only possible thanks to our employees.

Internship at Egmont

Every year, Egmont offers students in 8th and 9th grade the opportunity to participate in an exciting and diverse internship. As an intern at Egmont, you get a firsthand look at the inner workings of a leading Nordic media company, where you gain insights into our books, film, magasines, and more.
