Since 2022, our digital performance marketing agency s360 has moved from using generative AI in single hands-on cases to roll out full-automatic generative AI solutions.  

“We experimented with AI right from the beginning in 2022 when it first came up - to test what it could do for our content production and for our copywriting,” says Emilie Sunekær, AI specialist and executive assistant, s360. 

Now s360 is focusing on how to use AI in optimizing the feed of their clients.  

“That means that we can now go into the feed and optimize existing texts and images or videos and all the attributes that need to be added.” 

Emilie Sunekær has some advice for companies who would like to use AI: 

“First of all, think of AI as an ingredient. It is not a takeaway menu that you can just take and integrate into the company without any problems. It’s more like an ingredient that you can add to existing processes. Also, you need to stay unattached to the different models and different providers, because there will keep coming new providers, new models and new tools. So, it is important that we continue to be flexible and adjust when something potentially better comes along.”
