Primary tasks:

  • Ensure eBooks and audiobooks are properly published and available on main reseller platforms.
  • Write metadata for selected titles
  • Make compilations
  • Help find cover design inspiration for new releases.
  • Communication and marketing support: draft newsletters, press releases, and Instagram posts (if applicable).
  • Administrative and organizational tasks
  • Quality assurance: conduct final quality checks on manuscripts

Your Profile:

  • Language Skills: Native Spanish speaker (essential) and knowledge of Catalan is a strong plus, as we frequently work with Catalan titles, fluent in English.
  • Punctual, detail-oriented, and good at meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive and eager to learn.
  • Quick to adapt to complex IT systems.
  • Knows or is willing to learn how to use tools like Canva, HubSpot, and Power BI.
  • Passionate about international literature and pop culture (films, TV series, podcasts, etc.).
  • Willing to take on administrative tasks.

Location:
Saga Egmont operates globally, but the role requires close collaboration with our Spanish markets team based in our main office in Copenhagen.
